Introduction

About me

Most business owners don't lose time because they lack ideas. They lose it to emails, scattered calendars, and admin that never ends. That is where I step in. I support founders, coaches, and small teams by managing executive communications, optimizing calendars for focus and flow, maintaining CRM accuracy, setting up automations that reduce manual work, and coordinating projects from start to finish. I have helped clients across industries cut hours of busywork by creating systems they can rely on. Whether it is organizing data, building a clear workflow, or connecting tools so everything runs in sync, I make operations lighter so you can focus on growth and revenue.

Honest feedback from valued people

Chisom has been a game-changer for my software team. She handles our planning, scheduling, and technical research with precision and is always two steps ahead. I highly recommend her to anyone building a remote team.

Fredrick Inyang

Software Engineer, GetPayed Technologies

Chisom is good at what she does. During our CBT app launch, she handled user follow-ups, team coordination, and even my travel logistics. It freed up my headspace to focus on growth instead of chasing updates. Having her on the team made a real difference.

Daniel

Founder, CBT App

As a full stack engineer juggling different clients and side projects, I needed someone who wouldn’t slow me down. Chisom quietly handled things in the background, tracked what I missed, and actually cared about the work. She’s a rare kind of reliable.
